The aquaculture unit in Acharya Nagarjuna University and Matrix sea foods came to an agreement to provide Research Education.

They started Matrix Advanced Aqua Research Centre to –

  • Provide employment to poor rural students through certificate and diploma courses.
  • Bring unused ponds, nurseries, tanks, classrooms and labs within 6 months to live condition.
  • To provide finger lets required by the farmers and helping in developing aquaculture.

Our Matrix aqua mobile lab was started first time at Amalapuram to service the farmers at farm site. Matrix aqua mobile lab was launched in presence of Mr.Sri Rama Raju. Matrix Sea foods,CEO Mr.V.Siva Prasad and Harrison lab’s CEO, Dr.P.Jagan Mohan Rao has participated in this programme. At the culture pond of the Vannamei Shrimp we need to supply all the minerals. But when you supply the high or low amounts of minerals than the required quantity, it will effect shrimp’s growth. The farmers will collect their pond water samples and generally go to nearest lab for testing water quality parameters. The time gap between the sample collection and testing will result in the change in water quality parameters.
